Feel prepared for the start of your journey as you move from pregnancy to establishing breastfeeding.
During this 2 hour live online session, we’ll cover everything you need to know including:
- Expressing colostrum before you give birth
- What to expect from the initial feed to the first few months
- Watching and positioning
- Sore nipples, engorgement, and mastitis
- Advice on food and alcohol
- What to consider when buying pumps and bottles.
